The Ashhurst Community Trust are in the initial stages of planning and consent for establishing of The Woodshed.

This will be a learning facility with a fully furnished woodworking workshop and classroom. 

This is intended to be a community facility offering the opportunity of experiencing working with wood products.  This will include learning from experienced craftsmen, using the facilities to undertake a creative projects and the joy of woodworking.

ACT will soon be calling for expressions of interest from individuals interested in being part of the group that will set up and manage this facility for the community.
